Dr. Leon Anderson
Dr. Leon Anderson earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University and he and his wife, Trisha, own Elizabeth Animal Hospital. He has been practicing since 1998. Dr. Anderson is a member of the AVMA, AHHA, and CVMA. He is currently serving as a CVMA District Representative. He enjoys all aspects of small animal general practice and has pursued special training in dentistry and ultrasonography. He finds forming relationships with his clients and patients to be his favorite and the most rewarding aspect of his profession.
Dr. Anderson leads by example. This is reflected in the high quality of medical care given to his patients by him and by his entire staff. Dr. Anderson strongly values a healthy relationship with his staff, his clients, and their pets. When you can't find Dr. Anderson at Elizabeth Animal Hospital, he is with Trisha and their three kids enjoying their activities, helping with a function at their church, or hunting and training his black lab, Ruth.
Dr. Kim Allyn
Dr. Allyn earned her DVM from Colorado State University and has been practicing Veterinary Medicine since 1991, with a special interest in Internal Medicine. She received specialty training in small animal dentistry and enjoys the challenge of working with diabetic patients. She is currently a member of the AVMA and CVMA.
Dr. Allyn’s shares her home with her husband, Greg, as well as 3 indoor cats, and 5 dogs. She also has 4 horses, 2 goats, and a miniature donkey. Dr. Allyn and her husband have 2 daughters, both of which are aspiring veterinarians! When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the great Colorado outdoors.

Trisha Anderson
Trisha Anderson shares ownership responsibilities with her husband, Dr. Leon Anderson. Trisha officially works as the office manager, but fills in wherever she is needed. She enjoys her interaction with the animals the most and the animals all respond very well to her. Jolene, an Aussie Mix, is her special family pet. Trisha enjoys her time with her family, and stays busy with all their activities during her evenings and weekends.
Carrie Weaver
Carrie Weaver is the Administrative Assistant at EAH, as well as a Certified Veterinary Technician. She has been a technician since 1996. She has worked at Elizabeth Animal Hospital since 2006. Carrie's areas of special interest and special training are small animal surgery and dentistry. However, she is interested and experienced in all areas of veterinary medicine. Carrie is available to answer many of your questions.
Her kids, grandkids and their activities, as well as bowling are her personal interests.

You and your staff are always nice and very helpful. You don't make me feel silly or that I am wasting your time when one of our critters is not feeling well. Micah was back to his normal tear-up-the-house self the day after I brought him in.
